RETURNS

Return Policy:

* We have a 14-day return policy, which means returns must be received back to our corporate office in new condition within 14 days of delivery date.

* To be eligible for a return, returned items must be unworn, unsoiled and in sellable condition. No perfume, animal hair, make-up or deodorant stains.

*  Customers are responsible for return label shipping costs.

* PLEASE NOTE:  Sale items, Jewelry, Shoes, Home goods, Intimates, Sunglasses and Hats CANNOT be returned.

* To initiate a return, please access our return center HERE.

* We will issue a refund on the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. We do NOT refund shipping costs.

* We cannot accept returns on Gift Cards.

EXCHANGES

*  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
